The last week here in Europe has been full on but very exciting.

Once we arrived here it was straight to WRC Rally France to do gravel notes for Ken Block. It was a fantastic experience and while it was great to be involved with a world rally team it was also a great opportunity to learn all about gravel notes which only the WRC teams get on tarmac rounds. Ken did a great job on a surface that is still a little new to him and finished inside the points in 9 th. A huge thanks to Ken, Alex and Derek for the opportunity to work with them. We also had several meetings while in France to discuss our future which all went well but still nothing to report.

After France Katie and I travelled to Belgium where we have been today testing our Symtech Subaru. It is certainly great to be back in the car but has taken a little adjustment to get back into tarmac driving after our last tarmac event was over 12 months ago. As the day progressed I got more and more confidence but I have had to learn a lot about the set-up as I have never before set up a car for tarmac. So today was a lot of trial and error to see what did and didn´t work and from that we have made some good improvements to the car. We have another half of day tomorrow before flying to Spain.

Once we arrive in Spain tomorrow night we are then doing a days gravel testing for DMACK tyres in a prototype Super 2000 car which will be exciting. Then it is a quick flight to Scotland for the IRC round this weekend to meet more people and teams, including Subaru who have a official team in the IRC.

Everything else is going well and I am now really looking forward to Spain in 2 weeks time. I will keep you posted in the meantime.
