The last few weeks since returning back to Europe have been somewhat hectic, made busier by the move to Baumschlager Rallye & Racing.

(BRR), an Austrian based team, for the remainder of our 2012 season. We have come to a mutual agreement with ASM Motorsport, and we thank Alex, Marc and the ASM Motorsport team for all the hard work that they have put in and helping us to be in the postion that we are.

With the change of teams comes a relocation of our base, which in the meantime is out of a suitcase while we find somewhere in the UK. On our roadtrip from Barcelona, we passed by our new team, BRR in Austria, where we meet the guys, our car and their premises. We have some exciting new developments to try for Finland and I cannot wait for our first test in the BRR Skoda Fabia S2000 tomorrow here in Finland.

We have also been busy preparing for Finland by studying a lot of in-car footage. Finland is one of my favorites and an event where the atmosphere is like no other. The competition in SWRC is also very strong here, with 10 registered cars plus the 2 Volkswagens entered Skodas of Sebastien Ogier and Andreas Mikkelsen to compare ourselves with. As always I have high expectations for the event, and a lot of it will hinge on a good test, and good recce next week.

After our hugely successful Rally of New Zealand NZWRT tour, we will be running our second tour of the year at the final round of this years WRC, Rally Spain. Hopefully it will be an event where we have a lot to celebrate and we look forward to sharing it with the NZWRT tour group. We have been also very grateful for the support of Helen Cameron and Gayle Cresswell who very kindly made a quilt, which they raffled off to raise funds for our rally campaign.
